India’s star all-rounder Yuvraj Singh, who is all set to get back to action with the West Indies series, revealed on Tuesday that his teammate, master blaster Sachin Tendulkar and the legendary American professional cyclist Lance Armstrong are the people who inspire him the most.

The dashing southpaw, who hit six sixes in an over off England bowler Stuart Broad in the 2007 Twenty20 World Cup, announced his partnership with a sports goods manufacturing company, for which he did an interactive session with fans on the microblogging site Twitter.

When asked about the people who inspire him, Yuvraj said, “Sachin Tendulkar and Lance Armstrong,” adding that "sensation" is the one word that describes Tendulkar the best.

Yuvraj, who has recently recovered from a thumb fracture, rated his innings of 85 not out in the famous Chennai Test in 2008 against England as his best innings ever.

In December 2008, Team India provided some joy to the country winning the first Test match by six wickets after the Mumbai terrorist attacks.

Chasing a huge target of 387 to win, Tendulkar (103 not out) and Yuvraj (85 not out) put up an unbeaten fifth-wicket stand of 163 runs to guide India to victory.

The left-handed batsman also considered his Test knocks of 169 and 112 against Pakistan among his favourites.

Yuvraj, who was adjudged the Player of the Tournament in the ICC 2011 World Cup picked the pull shot as his favourite stroke.

He also named the former Sri Lankan legendary spinner Muttiah Muralitharan as the toughest bowler he has ever faced.

Yuvraj, who has been in headlines many times for his alleged linkups with famous models and Bollywood actresses, believes that pacer Zaheer Khan is the sexiest cricketer in the Indian team, and followed by himself at the second spot.

Yuvraj also said that he would definitely have been a sportsperson, if not a cricketer, adding that Formula 1, Snooker and Tennis are his favourite sports.

The all-rounder also expressed that the one thing he would love to change will be his record in the Test format.
